I read Enchanted April a few months ago. In our youth-obsessed culture it’s so refreshing to read about “middle-aged” women seizing their own lives and being anything but washed up.
See here now Henry; the hatchback is the pinnacle of consumer engineering, and if Mozart were here with us today he might well think it warranted a cello concerto or something like that.

Ah pleased to hear it! So agree. The “middle aged lady” novel is one of my favourite genres!
