It’s all over the place but the review of grotes history of Greece is one good example which you would need to find in the complete works

I heard Cowen talking about Mill and came here to see if you'd noticed. You had! Yeah, I'm looking forward to reading his Mill chapter.

I asked ChatGPT a couple questions about the book and the answers came back a few times: Cowen likes Mill a lot.

No doubt. I have a deep belief in the power of individual genius but yes his milieu would have been essential and I don’t see how he could have written so many powerful women character without knowing a few
