Can anyone tell me in what essays/books Mill wrote about the utility/greatness of classical authors, as mentioned in this podcast podcast?

I heard Cowen talking about Mill and came here to see if you'd noticed. You had! Yeah, I'm looking forward to reading his Mill chapter.

I asked ChatGPT a couple questions about the book and the answers came back a few times: Cowen likes Mill a lot.

John Stuart Mill is such an important thinker. Especially these days, his words are a powerful defense of free speech against censorship.

Well, that was interesting! What a nice chap! I wish you both 50 million quid and plenty of reading time. I agree with you on Shakespeare (but I also think he must, like Mill, have had a female collaborator, a great unknown, socially reticent dramatist-Harriet in his life. Shoot me down in flames. I don’t care.) Thank you for the excellent swotty chat. I will get more CDs of Bach. I must try to read more Mill.
