It's not on the schedule, I'm afraid. Happy to chat about here or on other threads, though, great play! Our next read is Henry IV part I, to which of course RII is the "prequel"
I swear I saw a post before the end of last year where you listed all of the Shakespeare we plan to cover this year, but I can't find it now. Do you have a full list, with or without a proposed schedule? I'm trying to compile of a list of all of my planned book club reading for this year, so that I can keep on track with the various clubs I belong to.
Think I can manage poetry in September but not August if that helps. It’s going to be tight with two plays to read in a month as well but will do my best.
I intended to do things chronologically and realised the original schedule was wrong. I’ve been putting notes about it on the top of new posts since the last book club session which is when I realised. Sorry!
How does one access the discussion?
I’ll send a link for paid subscribers over the weekend
Did I miss Richard II discussion? I picked up a copy last year, but can't remember why..

That's the only reason I asked about Richard II, as I thought perhaps you had done it previously in the book club. No problem from my end. Thanks
Have invites been sent out for LLL?

Abigail, I always enjoy your comments so much. Had never heard of this, it might make the play tolerable for me!

Thank you!
New subscriber here. I'm IN on the 16th Century poetry shindig if it's on. Looking forward to all of these!
Splendid see you there

May 12th is Mother's Day in the US - I probably won't be able to make it and I wouldn't be surprised if it conflicts for some others.
Christ I did this last year too! Will adjust!!
When did the schedule change? I've had As You Like It on my calendar for March and Hamlet for April since the beginning of the year.

No problem; I'll just send you the bill for my white-out 😉.
Oh good! Not planning a session on Othello but maybe we add one! Some people believe that theory I think...
