I bought the full set for our Shakespeare reading this year, and they are full of useful essays, as we as digital content with things like both the Q1 and Q2 versions fir those wanting that level of deep dive.
Thank you for this. I love reading Shakespeare and always welcome some help with the approach. I recommend the BBC's 'Hollow Crown' productions, apart from anything else, the cream of British acting is on display.
Perfect timing! I Started reading Shakespeare last month, 45 years after he was ruined for me at school. I enjoyed Richard II last month and Julius Caesar this month, looking forward to the group starting.
Any opinion on the Norton Shakespeare?
Never used it! Is it good?
Just got it a few months ago—will let you know :)

I saw one second hand recently, maybe I should have picked it up....
Used copies will not have the access code for the digital resources, if that matters to you.
